Our Commitment
What you tell us is treated in confidence. We use it to support your career work with us and for nothing else.
What We Collect
Your contact details; your education, work history, skills, goals, and preferences; practical factors such as location, compensation expectations, and where you can work; anything you tell us about the confidentiality of your search; and any resume or documents you upload. For clients under 18, we also collect a parent or guardian’s name, email, and consent.
How We Use It
To understand your situation before your first session, to prepare the materials your advisor works from, and to deliver the coaching and documents you have engaged us for. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who Sees It
Your advisor and the small number of TSG Futuri team members who support your engagement. We do not share your information.
Services That Help Us
Like most small practices, we rely on trusted technology providers to run our forms, store files, send email, and organize your information. They handle it only on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality commitments, and may not use it for their own purposes. They currently include Jotform.com for our intake forms, Make.com to process submissions, Google Workspace for file storage and email, and Anthropic for AI assistance. A technology contractor who maintains these systems for us may have access under a confidentiality obligation. Your information is stored in the United States.
Our Use of AI
We use AI tools to help your advisor organize your answers and prepare first drafts of your materials. Your advisor reviews and edits everything before it is used. AI does not make decisions about you. Your information is not used to train AI models.
Information About Other People
If you tell us about people or organizations who must not know you are looking, or who we should not contact, we use that only to respect your wishes. We will not contact them, and their details never appear in any document we give you or anyone else.
Clients Under 18
Before we act on behalf of a client under 18, your advisor agrees with a parent or guardian what we are authorized to do.
How Long We Keep It
For the length of your engagement and 24 months after it ends, then we delete it. If you save a form and return to it later, your partial answers are held by our form provider until you submit or for up to 30 days.
Keeping It Secure
Your information travels over encrypted connections and is held only in accounts that TSG Futuri controls, with access limited to the people above.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Apart from your name, you may leave any question unanswered, though fuller answers help us help you. To make a request or ask a question, contact our team at service@tsgfuturi.com. We will respond within 30 days.
